Its so great to be happy, the past 3 weeks have been great, every day has been good. I've been really busy with my dad's campaign, putting up signs, calling ppl to ask for sign locations and being very involved in the behind the scenes happenings of a very important campaign. Also staying in shape for the physical test (more in a minute) by working out almost every day, its not so much fun doing it by myself =(, but as long as it doesn't have to always be like that i'll be ok. Its all fun though, i have put nearly 1000 miles on my truck in the past 3 weeks. Its not bad though since the weather has been pretty mild and sunny so the windows can be down most of the time which means the music can BLARE.....

God continues to grow me every day, He's been opening doors and putting ppl in my path and teaching me that He's got the best plan and will do great things for us if we just trust Him. He will bring trials at times but He loves us more than anyone on this earth could and if that's true then nothing can go wrong, in our eyes it might be, but in reality its all part of His GOOD plan. =)

well my physical was this past friday. it was really great, i was the 4th person in line out of 18 that took the test that day at that time. Here's the test: First is the stair stepper, this event lasts for 3 mins, for that time I had 75 pounds on me (50 on the vest 25 on the shoulders) that was the hardest event, 75 lbs starts to feel like several hundred towards the end of that thing. I got off at the end of 3 mins and they took 25 lbs off my shoulders, Next was the hose drag where i picked up a nozzle on the end of a hose and ran it the length of the gym around a barrel into a taped off square and pulled about 50 ft of hose into the square. Next event was the equipment carry where i took a chain saw and a K12 saw (a little bigger than a chain saw) and walked them 80 ft around another barrel and back put them on the ground then back on the shelf. 4th event is the ladder raise and extension, and that is what that is.....5th was the breach where i took a sledge hammer and hit this thing that was mounted in the wall and resisted the hits. It took 5 hits to make it buz and I was off to the maze. This was the event that kinda had me a little scared cuz i hadnt been allowed to practice it. My mom gave me the perfect verse, Psalm 139:12 "even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you." Well, needless to say it was i cinch, had no problems, stuck to the right side of the wall and made out of there as fast as i could. Once i got out i headed to the 165 lb dummy that i had to drag around 40 ft or so (cant remember all the distances) and back. And finally the last event had me take a pike pole (google it to see a pic) and took the point and out it into a weighted ceiling and pushed it up 3 times then hooked it onto a weighted bar and pulled it down 5 times, 4 sets of that and test was over. and of course after i write all this i decide to see if if you tube has a video of it what do ya know....... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y3thDKKLq5o...... they also have all the events one by one starting with "Event #1- Stair Climb, just go to youtube and search "CPAT". =)

This test has def improved my prayer life ;)....God has been gracious and I pray that he would give you the same grace and peace. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy, Philippians 1:4.

so be happy ya'll no matter where you are. "Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be" Abraham Lincoln. So there you have it from honest abe....and remember that God doesn't make mistakes.

All my love
